If the light on top of the robot is blinking, this indicates a recent robot error. If the robot has been restarted in Customer Console without manually restarting using the emergency button, it will keep blinking until the robot has been restarted.
Follow these steps to restart the robot
- Set the system status to Stopped and unlock the door
- Enter the grid and use the Service trolley to get to the robot
- Push the emergency button and release it
- Do not move the robot, leave it at the same position
- Exit the grid and park the Service trolley on its designated position
