Resend user verification link for a new user

When a new Admin or Manager account is added in Pio Admin, a verification email with a link to verify and set the password for the new account is automatically sent. This verification email is valid for 24 hours. 

If the newly added user is unable to log in, please try to resend the verification email. Password reset doesn't work if the user never verified their email after being invited.

How to resend verification email

Navigate to Pio Admin > Users and click the "Resend verification email" located on the three dots menu:

This is also a way to trigger a password reset if the user is unable to do it themselves from the login page.
