Re‑using an email address after a user is deleted

Once a Pio user account is deleted, the email address used for that account cannot be added again to Pio. For security and data integrity reasons, email addresses from deleted users remain reserved. This applies even if the user was removed by an admin and you want to give access to the same person again. 

How to add the user

 It is still possible to create a new user in Pio Admin, but with a modified email address. Try, for example, by adding a suffix:

name+pio@company.com

Most email providers deliver all of these emails to the same inbox, even though Pio treats them as separate accounts.
