If you open 'Your Pio setup' in Pio Admin > System Settings and find that the details are missing, this usually indicates a connection issue between the Pio software and the AutoStore Controller.
Pio relies on a component called the "stub", also known as the "Robot Controller", to communicate with the AutoStore controller. The stub acts as the link between Pio and AutoStore. If this application/service has been stopped, Pio cannot retrieve system data.
