Port sensor has detected an unexpected error during operation. The reason for this might be that the port sensor is not clean.
Try these steps to solve the issue
Step 1
For safety, make sure that the red error light above the "Retry" button is lit. The port will not move until the Retry button is pressed, so it is safe to handle the bin while the error light is on.
Step 2
Remove the port furniture:

Clean the sensor with a soft cloth. Check that there is nothing that can cause false readings on the sensor:

Put the port furniture back on:
Step 5
Press the “Retry” button on the port:
If the problem still persists after you have tried this 2 times - contact your support provider.
