Your Pio setup
This section lists the facts on your Pio modules. Check this page if you want to see the number of bins in the grid, how many robots and how many ports are available in the system.
Software integrations
The Software integration page is where to connect to any of the apps maintained by Pio. Select the software you want to integrate with the Pio app, and follow the setup details.
ShipStation and Webshipper are both shipping management softwares. While Webshipper has built-in tools for direct printing of shipping labels, the PrintNode software enables shipping labels to be printed when shipping orders with ShipStation.
The Shopify section lists the connected shops with Shopify.
Organization settings
The organization settings are related to order handling and picking methods. These settings apply to the organization (Pio App), and not to individual stores. This means that once a setting is enabled or disabled, it affects all stores using the Pio App in the same way.
Authorized devices
Authorized devices refer to iPads where the Pio app has been installed. The list includes the date each iPad was authorized and the most recent usage date of the Pio app on that device.
The list of authorized devices should be checked over once in a while, to make sure the Pio app isn't accessible by iPads no longer used in the warehouse. Select 'Revoke' to remove authorization for a device.
