The 'Create new order' feature is useful when you are using Pio Unplugged and want to add a work order or a picklist directly in the Pio app.
Follow the steps below to create an order in Pio Admin.
Order Overview
Navigate to Order > Overview in the Admin section. The button for adding a new order is located in the top menu:
Enter the order details
Select '+ Create order' to start a new order.
Required fields:
- Order name
- Products
Optional fields:
- Tags
- Order note
Once you have added the products to the order and selected any necessary tags or notes, click 'Create order'.
NOTE
The order requires both an order name and at least one SKU to be created.
Picking the order
If the added SKUs are in stock and available, the order will be added to the order backlog with a status of 'In Progress'.

Cancelling orders
For the manually created orders, there is an option to cancel them from the order page, provided that picking hasn't been started. Select 'Cancel order' from the three dots menu:
