Inventory Overview: Backordered products

The inventory overview list can now be filtered by backordered product. This helps to get a quick overview of missing items that are required to fulfill open orders.

Stocktake: Add orphaned products to an empty shelf

When stocktaking the shelf locations, you can now add products on the fly to an empty shelf location. There is a new "+ Add product" button in the header if you need to store a product during the stocktaking process.

Picking Preparedness

Newly added details on the picking option 'Grid only' show how many orders are prepared for picking.

Wrong barcode scanned & scan to dismiss

The background color is changed from red to yellow for the scanning error screen. The expected barcode is shown on the screen. When the scanned barcode matches the expected barcode, the error message is dismissed automatically. No need to press the 'Dismiss' button on the screen to continue.

Report issues from the app

If you stumble upon an issue in the app, please submit the error report to Pio Support. Any additional info added on how and what happened is highly appreciated and will help the Pio team to get rid of the errors.

Users can be created without an email

When adding new users with port access only, an email is no longer required. For Manager and Admin accounts, email is still required for login to the Pio Admin section.

Showing store names when storing

When multiple stores are connected to the same Pio organization, and some of the SKUs a shared, a label will inform you which store they belong to when storing.
