Some orders are, for different reasons, more urgent than others, and sometimes you just have to get an order picked before anything else.
With the new 'Find order' feature, this is now possible. Ideal for urgent, express, or flagged orders that need immediate attention. Manually select an individual order from the order backlog - and pick it directly.
NOTE
If the selected order hasn't been prepared for picking by the robots, the bin wait time might be longer than usual, as the robots will have to dig the bins required for this specific order. Normally, when picking the order backlog, many of the bins are prepared to be picked from, and the robots avoid too much digging.
Find the order to pick
Select 'Pick' from the app homescreen. The 'Find order' button is available to the right in the picking menu.
Click 'Find order' to view a list of available orders.
Use the tabs to switch between 'Available' and 'Unfulfillable' orders. Only orders in the 'Available' tab are fulfillable and ready for picking.
Scroll through the list or use the search field in the header to locate the order.
By clicking anywhere on the Order line, you can open and view the order details.
Pick order
Simply tap 'Pick order' for the order you want to pick, and the robots will start fetching or digging for the requested bins immediately. Then all you have to do is follow the usual picking flow to complete the order.
