Scheduled maintenance on the Pio system is planned for Friday, August 28th, as part of an upgrade to the infrastructure platform that supports the Pio application.
The maintenance window is expected to last up to one hour. During this period, you may experience intermittent service disruptions and brief outage periods. However, we do not expect the Pio system to be completely inaccessible for the entire maintenance window.
Based on our testing, the most significant impact is expected to be a brief interruption of approximately 10 minutes, during which the Pio app and grid operations may be temporarily unavailable.
Any orders received during a service interruption will not be affected and can be processed normally once the maintenance is complete and the system is fully operational again.
