Scheduled maintenance for the Pio system is taking place on Saturday, October 4th.
As part of a planned upgrade to the infrastructure platform behind the Pio application, we are scheduling up to one hour of possible downtime.
While testing confirmed that minimal service interruptions are expected, the Pio app and grid operations will be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes during this upgrade.
Orders received during the downtime will not be affected and can be processed once the upgrade is finished and the system is back online.
