Before you download and install the Pio app on your iPad, you should go through the following steps and configure some required iPad settings.
Initial iPad Setup
When unboxing iPads and performing initial iPadOS setup, it is critical that each iPad is setup as a new iPad -- if you try to restore from a Backup, it will cause issues when trying to use multiple iPads at once and you will need to Erase All Content and Settings to start over.
1. Deactivate cross-site tracking
Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Privacy & Security > disable ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’
2. Clear the iPad cache
Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > History & Website Data > Clear History and Website Data:
Check the option for 'All History' and select 'Clear History'.
3. Deactivate block cookies
Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > disable the ‘Block all cookies’
4. Extend the Auto-Lock limit
Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > select 'Never'
Install Pio app
When the iPad is configured with the settings above, you can continue with installing the Pio app
