NOTE
The Pio app functionalities presented in this article are only visible to Pio Admins.
All employees who interact with the Pio app need an individual user account. You can add new accounts in Pio Admin > Users.
Select 'Add user+' in the upper right corner and enter the name, email address, and a 4-digit passcode. The passcode/pincode is needed to log in to the app. The passcode must be shared separately with the employee (it will not be sent by email).
Select the role based on what the account should have access to, and then 'Save' the new account.
Log in for Admin or Manager accounts
New Admin or Manager accounts must request a password reset before logging in to the Pio Admin Dashboard for the first time.
User Roles
Pio app has three access levels:
Admin (Full access to everything in the app)
Manager (Restricted access in admin area)
User (Port access for picking, storing and searching)
