Products that have been deleted from your ERP/Shopify system, will still appear in the Pio search when the product has inventory stored in Pio.
Search the deleted product in Pio Inventory
Using the Admin Inventory Overview, search for product name or SKU:
When the product is no longer in stock, and it has been deleted from Shopify/ERP-system, it will automatically be removed from the Pio app. At this point, it will no longer appear in the Inventory Overview or in the Search in Pio app.
