If you need to force an inventory sync for a specific SKU, you can trigger this by making a small temporary adjustment in Pio. Follow the steps below to trigger an inventory sync for a specific SKU.
Open the Pio app on the iPad:
- Go to the port and use Search to find the SKU
- Request a bin with the SKU to the Port
- Increase the quantity by +1 item and submit
- Then decrease it by -1 item and submit again
This creates an inventory event that updates and syncs the stock to connected systems (ERP, CMS, e-commerce, and WMS).
