If a Port is inactive for more than 10 minutes during a Pio app task (for example during Storing, Picking, or Searching), the port will automatically close, and the Pio app will return to the home screen.
The Pio app will give a fullscreen warning when the countdown of 90 seconds starts. If there is no response from the user before the countdown reaches zero, the port closes automatically.
Continue port task
If you see this warning and are ready to continue the ongoing task, you can easily stop the countdown by selecting 'I'm still here'. This will take you back to the previous screen and the bin will remain open in the port.
Required iPad configuration
Please check and update the following iPad settings to make this work: Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock and set the Auto-Lock limit to 15 minutes.
