Manually move a robot with power
Follow the steps below to manually move the robot.
Step 1
Make sure that the system status is stopped in the Customer Console before you enter the grid and move the robot.

Important! When moving on the grid, always follow local regulations and guidelines.
Step 2
Switch the robot to Offline, using the buttons on the Robot's control panel.
Step 3
The drive direction of the robot can be changed using the track-shift button. Remember to press and hold the Manual operation button to operate track shifts for R5.1 (Pro) robots.
Press the track button up or down to lower the wheels in the necessary direction.
If you want to change the direction, you can press the button twice:
Step 4
Roll the robot and park it in the parking cell in front of the Service Tower lift.
Make sure that all 8 wheels are inside the tracks and that the wheels are lowered:

Manually move a robot that has lost its power
In the case where a robot has lost its power, or the trackshift button doesn't work, you will need a 22 mm socket wrench tool to manually move the robot. Follow the steps below to manually move the robot.
Step 1
Make sure that the system status is stopped in Customer console before you enter the grid and move the robot.

Important! When moving on the grid, always follow local regulations and guidelines.
Step 2
Bring a 22mm socket wrench.
Remove the black plastic plug covering the axle:
Step 3
Press the "Emergency stop" button on the robot in question to power it off.
Step 4
Use the socket wrench to manually change the tracks. You can now move the robot in the direction you want.
Step 5
Roll the robot over to the exit cells and park it inside the Service Tower lift. Make sure that all 8 wheels are inside the tracks and that the wheels are lowered when parking it.
