If you need to cancel an order that has already been transferred to Pio, the items in the Shopify order must be "canceled" first.
Follow these steps to cancel an order from Pio
- Open the order you'd like to Cancel within Shopify and under the Fulfillment in progress heading choose "Request cancellation":
- After the items have been cancelled for fulfilment from Pio, the order is automatically set to status Cancelled in Pio:
- The last step is to cancel the order in Shopify:
Important! When you cancel the order, uncheck the "Restock items" to make sure the cancelled order doesn't add another item to your stock:
