The short answer to this is no. All inventory is synced to Shopify or your chosen e-commerce as soon as there is an update in Pio. This way, you should always see the same stock in both your Shopify/online store as in Pio.
If you need a full inventory export from Pio to Excel, please submit a ticket with this request to Pio Support, and we will send you the report. This report is not available through the Pio App.
