Here's a quick guide to help you understand the LED lights above the port and their respective meanings:
Power LED (yellow)
- steady during normal operation
- flashes during port startup
Port open LED (yellow)
- steady when port is in Open mode (there is an operation or the port receives bins)
- steady when port is in Open Pick mode (when port worker picks items from the bins)
- steady when port is in Open receive mode (when the port worker registers goods into the PIO)
- steady when port is in Insert mode (when port worker inserts new bins in the system)
- is off when port is closed
Retry LED (red)
- flashes red light during overload condition, indicating that the bin is too heavy. Alarm sound is also triggered
- flashes during belt initialization, after the "Retry" button was pushed
- steady when a Close Bin command from the PIO app is received during overload condition
- steady during retry condition
- is off when port is closed
LED lights on the right side (green/yellow/red)
- steady green light: the system is working normally
- flashing green light: during manual robot operation and during system status change (e.g. starting or stopping)
- steady yellow light: system is stopped
- flashing yellow light: system error, port error
- flashing red light: system error
- all lights off: the port is turned off
