Authorization is required when starting a new API integration. If the verification process is unsuccessful, please check and verify that your request follows these steps:
- A user in the Pio app must authorize the integration from the approval link generated as part of OAuth. If a sandbox account has been made, you should login to app.test.pio.com with an admin user in order to authorize.
- Once authorized, you can request and retrieve access tokens, enabling authenticated calls.
- If tokens are not returned, verify that the integration was authorized correctly and check the API integration URL used in the request. Please use api.test.pio.com for test and api.pio.com for production.
